Dr. Anna Hernandez
Dr. Anna Hernandez is a globally recognized psychologist, author, motivational speaker, and Human Factors training specialist, dedicated to transforming lives through education, empowerment, and faith. She has led impactful trainings and keynote presentations across Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East, equipping professionals to reduce human error, enhance workplace safety, and foster personal and organizational growth.
Dr. Hernandez holds a PHD in Psychology, a Master’s in Christian Counseling, and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Public Relations. She is also a Substance Abuse Professional bringing deep expertise in behavioral health, recovery, and regulatory compliance—especially within safety-sensitive industries such as aviation. As a published author, she delivers messages of emotional intelligence, leadership, and resilience that resonate across cultures and sectors.
In addition to her professional roles, Dr. Hernandez is known in churches across the United States as a prophet, operating in a powerful and accurate prophetic gift. Her ministry has brought healing, encouragement, and clarity to countless individuals and congregations, blending spiritual insight with grounded wisdom.
Dr. Hernandez is also a committed philanthropist, whose humanitarian outreach feeds and supports over 2,000 children in Africa, Jamaica, the Dominican Republic, and Haiti. Her life’s mission is rooted in service, safety, and spiritual purpose—making her a uniquely powerful presence in both professional and faith-based arenas.
Dr. Reena Hazan
Hazan is a highly respected expert in human factors training and regulatory compliance, with over a decade of experience supporting FAA CFR Part 145 companies in maintaining safety standards and operational excellence.
She holds a BA in Music Performance, BS in Legal Studies, a master's degree in social work, a Doctorate in Counseling Psychology and Post Graduate Certificate in Health and Safety Management—bringing a comprehensive understanding of human behavior, legal frameworks, and organizational systems.
As a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) with 17 years of field experience, Dr. Hazan offers specialized insight into workforce wellness and FAA compliance. She also serves as a Lead Representative for the FAA’s Safety in the Skies program in the South Florida Region, helping shape a safer, more accountable aviation industry through education and advocacy.

Dr. Orlando Villaverde is an accomplished aviation professional, educator, and public safety leader with over two decades of experience in flight training, aviation operations, and academic leadership. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and International Management from Nova Southeastern University,
Dr. Orlando Villaverde is an accomplished aviation professional, educator, and public safety leader with over two decades of experience in flight training, aviation operations, and academic leadership. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and International Management from Nova Southeastern University, as well as dual Master’s degrees in Aeronautical Science and Business Administration in Aviation from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
A certified dual flight instructor in both airplanes and helicopters, Dr. Villaverde has logged thousands of instructional hours and has trained students at all levels: from Private Pilot to Flight Instructor. His aviation career includes serving as a pilot and supervisor for the City of Miami Police Department’s Aviation Detail, and he currently contributes to aviation safety as a member of the FAA Safety Team (FAASTeam).
Dr. Villaverde is also a UAS Administrator, aviation consultant, and Managing Director with deep expertise in program development and aviation education. He was twice nominated by the FAA as Southern Region General Aviation Flight Instructor of the Year and continues to inspire the next generation of aviation professionals with a strong belief in the power of education and mentorship.
